Church of San Giorgio

The church was inaugurated on June 8, 1997. It is dedicated to Saint George of Suelli, a bishop who lived between the 10th and 11th centuries. He is especially venerated in Sardinia, particularly in the region of Ogliastra, where he is the patron saint of the diocese. It is believed that he played a key role in the Christian conversion of this area.
